Gosia Rdest completes Target line-up for TCR Germany assault
Target Competition will now field a fourth Audi RS3 LMS for the 2017 ADAC TCR Germany Series, as Polish racer Gosia Rdest will be one of the 32 drivers set to compete in a very competitive grid.
Rdest completes the six-strong driver line-up for the 2015 TCR International Series and 2016 TCR Germany Team Champions, having competed in the Audi Sport TT Cup over the past two seasons.
The 23-year-old was full of excitement via a statement on her official Facebook page, stating that she was staying with the Audi brand on her next career step.
“In TCR Germany, I’ll fight against over 30 drivers, so lots of competition. It is an open championship in which there are attending cars of at least seven manufacturers and this will be fun!” she said.
Along with Simon Larsson, Tim Zimmermann and Tom Lautenschlager, who will take their places on the hefty grid for 2017 with their new cars, Rdest said that she is looking forward to testing ahead of the season, revealing that she will take delivery of her Audi in the New Year.
